ONE Championship on Road to ONE: Europe announcement
ONE Championship announces Road to ONE: Europe featuring top European Heavyweight kickboxers. They will compete in a tournament with a ONE Championship contract hanging in the balance. The fights broadcast live in Europe and on the ONE Super App.
ONE Championship earlier today officially announced this fighting field that features 32 of Europe’s best heavyweight kickboxers. All warriors vying to lock up a contractual agreement with ONE Championship.
ONE continues the expansion of its kickboxing operations and is also working to crown an inaugural divisional champion here.
Road to ONE: Europe hosts future combative cards in Spain, Serbia, Turkey, the Netherlands, and Germany. Announcements on additional locations take place at a later juncture. Each of the first eight events features a four-man bracket to determine who advances to the quarterfinal round.
The first national event was held in Prague, Czech Republic, on April 24th. Kickboxing legend Tomáš Hron emerged as the winner on that event.
Following the first eight showcases, athletes will then advance onward to the quarterfinals, semifinals, and ultimately the final round thereafter. The tournament winner then earns a contract with ONE Championship to secure multiple forays into the ONE Circle down the line.
