Zuckerberg replied to Musk via Threads on Sunday afternoon, “Shouldn’t we use a more reliable platform that can actually raise money for charity?”
He added: “I’m ready today. I suggested Aug 26 when (Musk) first challenged, but he hasn’t confirmed. Not holding my breath.”
The two social media moguls have been trading barbs online since June following a post that showed Zuckerberg training in jiu-jitsu.
UFC President Dana White has expressed interest in hosting the contest, stating that it would be the biggest combat sports event in history. Rumors have been circulating that the UFC Apex in Las Vegas will host this contest although a date and location have not yet been confirmed.
