Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller arrested again, allegedly chokes man at club

Former UFC fighter Jason Miller, more commonly known as Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller, was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor charge on August 30 in West Hollywood, California.  TMZ was first to report the news.

Miller was booked at 5 a.m. local time and was released the same day after he was allegedly involved in an altercation on August 29 at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood.

Miller allegedly put the victim, a man who approached Miller and introduced himself as a fan, in a chokehold before security intervened.

The 42-year-old Miller, who hold a pro MMA record of 24-10, allegedly left the club shortly before sheriffs were called to the scene. Law enforcement officer were called and the former fighter was arrested after he allegedly returned to the club the next day.

‘Mayhem’ has a history of mental illness and run ins with the law including domestic violence charges, vandalism, attempted grand theft, resisting arrest, and more.
