Discussing UFC Vegas 11 with Drake Riggs and Blaine Henry

UFC Vegas 11 was completed with Colby Covington running through long-time rival and former champion, Tyron Woodley. We looked at how Covington fought, and what could be next for “Chaos” following his win. In the co-main event, Cowboy Cerrone and Niko Price battled to a majority draw. We discussed Cowboy’s striking and his return to sparring before fights.

Perhaps the story of the night was Khamzat Chimaev’s 17 second knockout of Gerald Meerschaert. We talked about Chimaev’s accomplishments thus far and if they mean anything yet. He is supposed to be matched up with Demian Maia next but Dana White said he could fight again before taking on Maia.

Further down the card, Mackenzie Dern won via armbar. We talk about Dern looking much thinner and question to see if she’s put her weight issues of the past behind her.

In addition to all that, Blaine and Drake go over everything else on UFC Vegas 11 including Tyson Nam, Johnny Walker’s struggles and improvements, Mara Borella’s fall, and Randy Costa’s huge head kick finish.
