After TUF 29 Snub, Charles Johnson Hoping For UFC Contract With LFA Title Victory

Interview with Charles Johnson above – Check it out

Charles Johnson (8-2) discusses his flyweight title fight against Yuma Horiuchi (8-2) at LFA 110 on July 2.  Charles also talked about his loss to Brandon Royval on the regional scene, how he never got called for Season 29 of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ and how his new management has booked him fights rather quickly.

“I actually put in an application for this season of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ I got a message back from the producer. But that’s all I got back and so that fell through. I got new management with Suckerpunch, they’re taking care of me. They called up LFA and got me a fight quick in February and it’s just been go, go, go since I got home. Now I’m fighting again on July 2nd on the title.”
