Kenny Cross On Jose Martinez Fight: “I’m Ready To Take This Dude’s Head Off”

Interview with Kenny Cross above

Kenny Cross (12-3) discusses his lightweight fight against Jose Martinez (12-5) at XFC Young Guns 4 on Dec. 10. Kenny also talks about his decision to not get surgery on his injured Achilles, changing his eating habits to keep his weight down, and why he’s confident coming into this fight off such a long layoff.

“I haven’t really been hit, my chin’s there all day. I am way more explosive, a more athletic fighter than him. I’m a little taller, a little longer. I don’t see his wrestling stacking up next to mine. I win this fight every platform there is, anyway I want to get the “w” I’ll get it. Grand Rapids going to go ballistic. I’m ready to go back in there and take this dude’s head off.”
