One of the fastest growing Muay Thai promotions in the world, Freedom Fighter Promotions makes its triumphant return to The Empire State of New York, this weekend, Saturday, September 17.

Presenting their seventh show in under an impressive two years into the business, Freedom Fighter Promotions has hosted their show in 3 different states thus far, with plans to go international next month, as well as next year.

Brandol Mendoza flies in from the west coast to touch down in New York against Amine Ballafrikh for the Freedom lightweight title.  Knowing he’s facing a decorated veteran, Mendoza respects his Ballafrikh’s feats, but doesn’t bat an eye at the man he’ll be standing across from on fight night.

‘I don’t know the hell he thinks he’s technical. I haven’t seen him getting any good knockouts,” Mendoza says. “Honestly. I’ve had a couple people tell me that he’s nothing special, bro,” he continues.”

It’s going to put a good name on my resume. He’s good and whatnot, he’s done his thing,” Mendoza credits. “But he’s older. It’s my time now,” he elaborates.

“He’s going to start off strong. Like, he’s going to try to get in my head and start off strong and do all this wild shit,” Mendoza predicts. “And I’m just going to freaking shut him down, bro. I’m going to shut his ass down from the get-go,” he continues. “He’s going to realize that all this other shit that he’s done with his other opponents doesn’t work with me. And he’s going to get countered and he’s going to feel the power and he’s going to feel the elbows. I’m going to catch him with something sleek.”

With the impressive feats and athletes Freedom is bringing in from across the world, “Freedom is here,” says Freedom Fighters president and CEO, Rami “The Son of Palestine” Ibrahim.
