Bryeanne Russillo’s Last Dance: Fight News!

Bryeanne Russillo joined the Carroll’s Corner MMA Podcast for an in person interview. The 20-minute interview took place at Murphy’s Pub & Grill in Mineola, New York. Before Russillo dived into the wings sitting in front of her, she spoke to me about her big news announcement.

Bryeanne is known as a blonde haired, well-endowed female kickboxer that went viral in September 0f 2015, ahead of her kickboxing bout against Paige Lian Di Bartolo for the 150-pound title at ACC MMA (Aggressive Combat Championships). While showing her sense of humor during the interview, she was quoted saying “I can’t cut my tits off and put them on the side, they weigh 12 pounds,” – which caught the eye of everyone in the combat sports community and every major news outlet in the world, including ESPN, CBS Sports and CNN. Russillo found her self doing interviews on national radio shows and did a couple page photo spread with the New York Post, who tried to recreate their own quotes.

Now she currently trains with Jackhammer Promotion’s owner, Bobby “Jackhammer” Campbell, in Copiague, New York. During the interview, we reminisced about the viral quote, her still stepping inside the cage against a fighter that missed weight by nearly 20-pounds, and much more.

We also discussed her stepping back into the ring. If you’re interested in finding out about the Last Dance for Bryeanne Russillo, watch the entire interview which is recorded on video.
