Austin Bashi

Austin Bashi aims to have an impressive DWCS win and show the UFC they should have signed him

Interview with Austin Bashi below

Austin Bashi (12-0) discusses his featherweight fight against Tommy McMillen (6-0) at DWCS on Sept 3.  Austin also talks about the success of Michigan based fighters in the UFC, having double the experience of his opponent and how the UFC should have outright signed him, instead of having to compete on Dana White’s Contender Series.

“That was the goal (getting signed to the UFC) I was hoping for that too. It is what it is man. I’ll make sure to get that call after this fight on Contender Series. I see myself bringing a very high pace to him and him not expecting this. He’s had a lot of first round finishes, but the pace and pressure I bring really breaks people. I see myself finishing him in the second round.”
