Ramiz Brahimaj is a welterweight prospect fighting out of Texas, just outside of Dallas. He’s a part of the famed Fortis MMA training camp.
Brahimaj is originally from Bronx, NY but he moved to Texas in early 2000’s. As his name might suggest, his family isn’t originally from the United States. His family is from the fairly new country of Kosovo.
It’s obvious that the UFC has their eyes set on him. He almost competed on the contender series before a tumor behind his eye forced him out. Not only that, he was also in talks to compete at UFC London before the event was forced to be shut down.
In the interview with the hyped prospect, we discuss his Kosovo background, eventually landing in the UFC, his tumor, and so much more.
