Eddy George on training at The MMA Lab ahead of CES 69 “It took me out of my comfort zone”

Interview with Eddy George below

Eddy George (5-0) discusses his lightweight fight against Jacob Bohn (10-9) at CES 69 on June 17. Eddy also talked about how he got involved in combat sports, having the same name as former NFL running back Eddie George and training at The MMA Lab ahead of this matchup.

“This camp I did something I haven’t done ever. I went out to Arizona, and I was at (The MMA Lab) for two weeks. John Crouch is a great guy. Such a huge camp with being in a room with 40 high level pros, it was such a different atmosphere. Being out in Arizona was a good look and took me out of my comfort zone. I got a lot of work with Drakkar Klose, great training partner, great guy. I worked with Benson (Henderson) a bit and a few other people.”
