2026 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony Set to Honor Wrestling Legends During WrestleMania 42 Weekend

The 2026 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony will once again celebrate the legends, trailblazers, and iconic moments that shaped sports entertainment. WWE announced that this year’s ceremony will take place on April 17, 2026, at the Dolby Live theater inside Park MGM in Las Vegas as part of the week-long festivities surrounding WrestleMania 42.

The annual event will mark the induction of the 27th class into the WWE Hall of Fame, continuing a tradition that dates back to 1993 and honors the most influential performers and personalities in professional wrestling history.

Headliners for the Class of 2026

The Class of 2026 is currently headlined by three major inductees: Stephanie McMahon, AJ Styles, and the legendary tag team Demolition (professional wrestling).

McMahon, the former WWE Chairwoman and Co-CEO, will be one of the most prominent figures honored at the ceremony. Known for her decades-long role both behind the scenes and as an on-screen authority figure, McMahon played a key role in WWE’s global expansion and the evolution of its women’s division. Her induction will be presented by longtime WWE icon The Undertaker, who revealed the news to her during WWE’s Wrestlepalooza event in 2025.

Styles’ induction follows the announcement of his retirement from in-ring competition after a nearly 30-year career. Known as “The Phenomenal One,” Styles captured multiple championships in WWE and across several major promotions worldwide, solidifying his reputation as one of the most respected performers of his era.

Meanwhile, Demolition — comprised of Ax and Smash — will be honored for their dominant run in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The intimidating duo held the WWF Tag Team Championship three times and once set a record with a 478-day title reign, making them one of the most memorable tag teams of WWE’s Golden Era.

A Key Event During WrestleMania Week

The ceremony will begin at 9 p.m. PT on April 17, shortly after that night’s episode of SmackDown, with the two venues located just steps apart in Las Vegas. The event is expected to draw thousands of fans attending WrestleMania week festivities, a period often regarded as the biggest annual celebration in professional wrestling.

While three inductees have already been confirmed, WWE traditionally adds several more names to the class in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania. Additional announcements are expected as the company continues its “Road to WrestleMania” programming.

Celebrating Wrestling’s Legacy

For fans and performers alike, the Hall of Fame ceremony remains one of the most emotional nights in WWE. It provides a rare opportunity to reflect on the careers, sacrifices, and moments that defined the industry.

With high-profile names like Stephanie McMahon and AJ Styles already confirmed, the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony is shaping up to be one of the most memorable celebrations of wrestling history in recent years.
